1. تأسيس الشركة:
Establishing all types of companies within the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Holding Companies subject to the supervision of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), and all types of Capital and Individual Companies, such as Joint-Stock companies, Limited Liability Companies, General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, and Sole proprietorship Companies.

Supervising the submission and approval of all relevant documents by the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).
8. وضع الشركات تحت التصفية:
Establishing exit mechanisms between partners and dealing with the relevant government agencies to complete the liquidation process.
9. أسواق رأس المال والخدمات المصرفية:

Drafting shareholder guarantee agreements and merger contracts.
Representing companies and taking all legal actions related to division processes, including preparing division contracts, and shareholder agreements, establishing companies resulting from the division, and completing the sale and transfer of shares.
11. إدراج الشركات المساهمة في البورصة المصرية
التعامل مع البورصة المصرية والهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية.
