Legal Intern at MG Law
Yara Moustafa is a 2024 law graduate from Cairo University, English Section with a very good grade, a strong academic record, and a particular interest in corporate and commercial law. During her internship in the legal affairs department of a leading company, she gained hands-on experience in legal research, labor law, and regulatory compliance. She is familiar with drafting and translating legal documents, and has developed a practical understanding of legal procedures in a corporate setting.
In addition, Yara has developed a solid foundation in company law, commercial law, and investment law. Her experience includes reviewing and translating legal texts, contracts, and corporate documents. She is eager to further enhance her legal skills and contribute to dynamic legal teams, combining her academic background with a growing interest in the business side of the law.
