1. Company Incorporation:
Establishing all types of companies within the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Holding Companies subject to the supervision of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), and all types of Capital and Individual Companies, such as Joint-Stock companies, Limited Liability Companies, General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, and Sole proprietorship Companies.
2. Offshore Company Incorporation:
Establishing onon companies outside Egypt, conducting studies on the types of companies and their requirements, identifying the best countries for incorporation, and determining the appropriate legal structure for each company.
3. NGO Establishment Services:
Assisting in establishing non-governmental organizations (NGOs) under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
4. Due Diligence and Structuring:
Preparing studies and reports on various types of companies, opening branches and representative offices for foreign companies, and selecting the most appropriate legal form.
5. Share Transfer and Ownership:
Assisting clients in transferring company shares , ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and completing the process efficiently, including dealing with all banks authorized to issue shares , representing the company, and obtaining bank certificates.

Establishing exit mechanisms between partners and dealing with the relevant government agencies to complete the liquidation process.

Cooperating with brokerage and securities firms to prepare the necessary documents for listing the company.

Integrating all types of companies, in coordination with the Economic Performance Sector,
And to prepare periodic reports throughout the merger or acquisition processes process
Drafting shareholder guarantee agreements and merger contracts.
Representing companies and taking all legal actions related to division processes, including preparing division contracts, and shareholder agreements, establishing companies resulting from the division, and completing the sale and transfer of shares.
11. Listing joint-stock companies on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX)
Dealing with the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
