Marwa Badawy is a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Contracts Department at MG Law Office. Prior to joining the firm, she completed a distinguished training period at several esteemed law firms, where she gained extensive experience in corporate law, social insurance law, commercial law, university regulations law, and labor law.
She is highly skilled in providing a broad range of legal services, including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and handling legal matters related to corporate entities such as liquidation, incorporation, organizing ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings, and preparing minutes of board meetings.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the English Department of Cairo University and has acquired valuable practical experience through her work at several prestigious law firms across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
