Mohamed Zaher is an Associate in the Contracts & Corporate Department, with specialized expertise in corporate and commercial law, as well as a solid foundation in labor law and intellectual property (IP). He graduated from Cairo University’s English Department in 2022. Prior to joining MG Law Office, Zaher refined his skills through internships at top-tier law firms, where he gained substantial experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property rights (IPR), banking and finance, and other related areas.
Zaher’s experience spans a wide array of commercial matters, providing legal advice on complex contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, company incorporations in Egypt and internationally, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business operations, and human resources. He has also provides strategic legal advice on intellectual property matters, helping clients protect and manage their IP assets. Additionally, Zaher has been involved in the incorporation of numerous companies both locally and internationally, playing a key role in managing high-value transactions and acquisitions.
